My rate is $200 for an Initial 60 minute assessment session and $180 for a 50 minute psychotherapy session.

Similar to many specialty providers, I do not accept insurance directly. I can provide a “superbill”, which may be submitted to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Contact your insurer to inquire about your out of network benefits. For some, out of network cost will be similar to in network therapists once their deductible has been met. 

As an out of network provider, my clients enjoy increased privacy and flexibility in their treatment. I am also able to spend more time focusing on your treatment rather than navigating health insurance claims or authorizations. 

I work with individuals age 15 and up.

I offer both online and in person appointments.

Yes. I am trained and experienced in a variety of approaches to therapy. If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, difficulties at work or in relationships - I’m confident we could do helpful work together.

This journey starts with an assessment at Journey Within, to determine if Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is a good fit. Next, you would meet with one of the fine doctors at the Institute for Integrative Therapies (IIT) for a physical evaluation. Then the preparation work begins, tailored to your goals. Next, the medicine session takes place at IIT under the care of doctor and with myself by your side the whole time. Next is the important work of integration, taking advantage of a key window of time after the medicine in which change and healing can be more effective.
